Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2-4 business days in total, including order processing, once your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders ship from US warehouses through our fulfillment partners.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
My item arrived broken or wrong. What now?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
How do I start a return?

About our squishies
What is the difference between butter, taba and mochi squishies?
Butter squishies are butter-stick shaped and slowly rise after you squeeze them. Taba squishies are soft silicone toys with a slightly sticky, jelly-like feel. Mochi squishies are small, soft and often come in multi-packs. Read more on The Squishy Journal.
Why does my taba squishy feel sticky?
A slightly sticky surface is a natural property of soft silicone, not a defect. Store it in its bag to keep it clean.
Are squishies edible?
No. Squishies are toys for squeezing only. Check the age recommendation on each product page and keep small pieces away from young children.
