- Free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.
- Orders are shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partners from US warehouses.
- Delivery takes 2-4 business days in total, including order processing, once your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Returns & refunds
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If an item arrives broken or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- To start a return, email squishytoybox@gmail.com with your order number.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
